Every row below is sourced and dated. Cities without a source citation are not yet scored — we don't fill gaps with guesses on a document capital decisions get made against.

Coverage note: only Ho Chi Minh City and Seoul are populated below, matching the roadmap locked August 2, 2026.
The remaining 18 launch cities need the same per diaspora sourcing pass before they can be scored with equal confidence.
Ask for the next batch (Wave 1 candidates: Hong Kong, Singapore) when ready.
The rollout, locked
6 marketplaces, 2 cities
Selected by diaspora size and financial and growth potential, then sequenced by execution risk, not by population alone. Larger, less validated communities (WoJia Seoul, UriZip HCMC) follow smaller, already proven ones where the trust model still needs a local check.
Wave 0 · #1 to buildLive
SariKo
Ho Chi Minh City · Filipino
~25,000
SAPI verified · smallest population, only proven revenue
The flagship regardless of size. Only marketplace with live GMV, real sellers, zero paid CAC data. Everything else replicates this playbook.
Wave 1 · #2Building
QueToi
Seoul · Vietnamese
305,936 to 337,183
Korea MOJ Dec 2025 · Korea's 2nd largest foreign nationality
Largest population in this rollout with an already proven structural fit. Tri's home base gives it the lowest execution risk of any large node here.
Wave 1 · #3Building
UriZip
Ho Chi Minh City · Korean
150,000 to 290,000
Range across 2011 to 2023 sources · provisional, needs KOCHAM verification
2nd or 3rd largest local diaspora in HCMC depending on which estimate holds. 40+ year settled community with real neighborhoods and businesses, same structural fit as SariKo.
Wave 1 · #4 · fast trackedBuilding
WoJia · 我家
Ho Chi Minh City · Chinese, Cho Lon
~500,000
Cho Lon concentration · largest single local population of the six
Moved ahead of its original wave for ITEC 2026 Beijing, September 2. Built to include Cho Lon's Hoa sellers and anyone affiliated with the Chinese community in HCMC, not only mainland expatriates.
Wave 3 · #5Planned
SariKo
Seoul · Filipino
63,000 to 70,000
Last clean count 2015 · likely higher post 2026 EPS quota expansion
Smallest of the Seoul two, but the lowest risk marketplace on this list, same brand, same seller flow, same trust mechanics already built.
Wave 4 · #6Planned
WoJia
Seoul · Chinese, incl. Joseonjok
980,670
Korea MOJ Dec 2025 · largest population across all six, by a wide margin
Biggest number on this entire list, held last on purpose. New country, new competitive landscape, and a WoJia playbook from HCMC to replicate first.
Considered for 7 and 8, not selected yet
Not to be confused with the 6 above: UriZip (Korean, HCMC) is already locked, it's card #3 in the rollout grid, not a candidate. The two diasporas actually being weighed for a possible 7th and 8th slot are different ones entirely: Japanese and American in HCMC, and Thai and Uzbek in Seoul (169,848 and 102,804, Korea MOJ Dec 2025). None of them have a Pangea brand fit or proven informal commerce culture behind them yet, and none of the 12-node master list's other communities (India, Mexico, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Arab, Nigeria, Indonesia, Myanmar) have meaningful population in HCMC or Seoul specifically, each is anchored to a different city entirely. Recommendation unchanged: hold at 6, and get to 8 by opening a 3rd city in Wave 1 (Hong Kong or Singapore) rather than stretching HCMC and Seoul past their natural diaspora ceiling.
